Our monthly meetings provide a community forum where residents can exchange ideas and hear from local leaders on the important issues and concerns of the day. NOMA Elections Will Be Held March 7, 2024
The NOMA Nominations Committee announced the following candidates for the 2024 Board of Directors: Danilo Bach, Jeff Brecht, Nancy Coleman, Jeff Gordon, Bruce Leddy, and Cindy Bendat. The six candidates, including five who are incumbents, will join the eight members elected in 2023.
The election will be held at NOMA's March 7th meeting. Learn more about the candidates HERE > Cloverfield Blvd. Recycled Water Pipeline InstallationThe City of Santa Monica is installing a new recycled water pipeline to expand the recycled water distribution system in the City. Daytime construction and closures on Cloverfield begin Feb. 12th, 2024. Construction will last through to May 2024 in phases as shown in the attached schedule.

Santa Monica 9-1-1 Education SeriesAs you know, most emergencies start with a 9-1-1 call. Making that call in an emergent situation can be a stressful process. The Santa Monica Office of Emergency Management’s public safety communication team has created a video series to educate Santa Monica residents, employees, and visitors about reporting emergencies and other Santa Monica service requests.
9-1-1 Dispatch Education Video Series Link Big Blue Bus Service Changes in 2024The Big Blue Bus is making service improvements on several routes to better meet customer demand. They will be increasing trip frequency on some routes during peak hours to address bus crowding, and implementing minor route modifications to improve service reliability. Read More >
