TONIGHT at 7pm: Assemblymember Richard Zbur joining NOMA meeting

Join us this evening to hear State Assemblymember Rick Zbur talk about upcoming statewide legislation that impacts our community.

He will explain AB 1740, the bill he recently authored, which affects the Coastal Commission and development in Santa Monica.

We will also be joined by Santa Monica Planning Commissioner Chair Josh Hamilton, Community Development Director Jing Yeo, and Acting Planning Manager Ross Fehrman for a discussion about the impacts of state laws like SB 1123 which have put single-family areas like NOMA in the crosshairs.
