NOMA SUPPORTS: Bringing the Civic back to life!

Below is a letter sent Nov 7, 2025.

Dear City Council members and City Manager Chi,

The board of NOMA is strongly in favor of restoring the Civic Auditorium as an entertainment venue. The Civic has historic and cultural significance and with the right leadership could again be a beacon of pride and an entertainment destination that revitalizes downtown and provides great economic benefits to the City for years to come.

Bringing the Civic back to life takes vision, experience and leadership. These are all qualities that RPG brings to the table. 

We encourage you to work with RPG to finish the process that has been started, so that our city can bring the Civic back to life!
