NOMA Meeting with Oliver Chi + Say "Montana Bubbles" at the Art Walk This Saturday!
Dear NOMA Neighbors,
Two things you will not want to miss this week.
1) Tonight (Thursday, October 1st): NOMA Monthly Meeting on Zoom
Join us this evening for Part 2 of NOMA's Wildfire Discussion: A conversation and Q & A with City Manager Oliver Chi about emergency response and wildfire preparedness, a Zone Zero update from SMFD, plus an update from Firewise on how we can organize and protect our community.
NOMA Meeting
Thursday, October 1, 7:00 PM

2) This Saturday (October 3rd): Montana Avenue Art Walk (11am to 6pm)
NOMA is partnering with Wilmont and UCLA Health to co-sponsor the Family Pavilion at Euclid and Montana. The Family Pavilion will be packed with live entertainment, arts and crafts, games, and family-friendly activities all day long. Expect a balloon artist in the morning and face painting later in the day!
It will be warm, so bring a hat, plenty of water and sunscreen!
Free gift for the kids: The first 150 kids who stop by our booth at the Family Pavilion at the intersection of Montana and say the magic words "Montana Bubbles!" get a special surprise. Come early — they will go fast!
We hope to see you tonight and on Saturday!
