Santa Monica has faced many headwinds over the past few years that have led to retail flight, significant revenue loss from decreased tourism and a sickly balance sheet.

New leadership is trying to right the ship with its Realignment Plan and major changes in the downtown area. Hear from the leaders who are facing the challenge head on:
