Assemblymember Richard Zbur joining our Mar. 5th meeting.

State Assemblymember Rick Zbur will join NOMA to talk about upcoming statewide legislation that impacts our community.

Zbur will explain AB 1740, the bill he recently authored, which affects the Coastal Commission and development in Santa Monica.
