State Assemblymember Rick Zbur will join NOMA to talk about upcoming statewide legislation that impacts our community.
Zbur will explain AB 1740, the bill he recently authored, which affects the Coastal Commission and development in Santa Monica.
We will also be joined by Santa Monica Planning Commissioner Chair Josh Hamilton, Community Development Diretor Jing Yeo, and Acting Planning Manager Ross Fehrman for a discussion about the impacts of state laws like SB 1123 which have put single-family areas like NOMA in the crosshairs.
