North of Montana Association (NOMA) is a nonprofit social welfare organization recognized under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, operating in California. NOMA is a volunteer group of residents whose mission is to improve life in the NOMA neighborhood and in Santa Monica in general.

This website exists to share information, news, and resources with the community. It is not operated for commercial profit. We may accept donations or sponsorships consistent with IRS and California nonprofit rules, but we do not sell products or services for profit.
