All of NOMA’s income is from membership fees and related donations. All income goes directly to expenses, mainly costs of printing and mailing newsletters, insurance, and miscellaneous expenses.  All work is performed by volunteers, with no money accruing to any individual except for reimbursement of direct expenses.

Membership is open to everyone, but our focus is on residents in the area north of Montana Avenue and everyone interested in that portion of the city, including the merchants on Montana Avenue. Each "membership" comprises a family or group of persons at the same mailing address.

Suggested membership donation levels are:  $30, $50, $100 or $150.
