Welcome to NOMA – The North of Montana Neighborhood Association. NOMA is a non-profit volunteer group of residents working to improve life in our neighborhood and in Santa Monica. NOMA is partnering with the Ocean Park Association for Santa Monica’s first annual Independence Day Parade!
Santa Monicans of all shapes and sizes are welcome as participants or spectators. The parade will take place on Wednesday, July 4th at 9:30 AM along Main Street. The parade’s Grand Marshall will be retiring Roosevelt Elementary School Principal Jerry Harris!

Victory for Teriton! City Council recently upheld the Landmarks Commission’s designation of the courtyard apartment complex at 130-142 San Vicente (Teriton).
